Meet Krystle
Krystle received her B.S. in Biology from Northeastern University, before earning her Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and M.S. in Applied Nutrition from Rutgers University. Since 2017, she has trained to practice lab-based coaching with Dr. Linda Tao. Today, she has her own health coach practice and wellness company, Wai Lifestyle.
Following years of schooling and training in the realm of conventional healthcare, she was initially skeptical about this new integrative approach to health. She soon found herself healing her own gut issues by adopting a holistic mindset. Like many others, she realized that treating surfacing symptoms just wasn't cutting it, and that in order to heal the body, we must focus on its entirety.
Working together, Dr. Tao and Krystle help guide individuals through their own health journeys by creating personalized programs. She is currently applying her knowledge in her studies as a Physician Associate student.
