Wild Blueberries + Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries (regular organic blueberries are ok)
1 scoop UltraMeal Advanced Protein Powder in Dutch Chocolate
1 scoop CollaGEN powder
1/2 tsp Vitamin C Powder
1 tsp nut butter
1.5 cups plant-based milk
Optional: 1 scoop Glutagenics + 1 tbsp BodyBio PC Liquid
Directions
Either using a standing blender or immersion blender, mix everything until smooth.
